You do realise the map on that page takes up a small part of Russia right...? According to your link the majority of the country is in the Asian continent so...mostly Asia, as I said.

Euroracism is definitely worse. Spain/Italy/Portugal aren't half as bad as some of the former USSR countries but they still racist as fukk and don't even care.
