Honestly there is no one answer you have to check all the spots and see where you can get the most value.

Target, best buy and target every so often have bonus like extra 50% towards trade ins.

Ebay takes 10% of final value so you still come out better selling it on there than Gamestop unless they running a trade-in bonus deal.

Looks like they're changing the trade in values. Don't know if games will be worth much more tho.
