I think it's stupid for spo to get fired. This team to me doesn't even play good team basketball they are like the Knicks IMO. Good on paper but w/e on the court

It's much easier to find a good coach than it is to find elite talent.

The situation in New York is different. They were dead set on getting rid of D'Antoni LONG before Melo got there. Nothing short of a championship would save his job.

Spo has 3 of the best players in the league on his team and one of them is a skilled big man. Their lack of depth is a problem, but the fact that they steamroll teams during the regular season but stall out in the playoffs is a reflection of the coach........

.....It's also an alarming pattern in Lebron's career.

Its not all Spo's fault, but he def deserves some blame (Wade gets the most for this loss). The team looks lost out there half the time, that's a reflection of coaching.
