It's much easier to find a good coach than it is to find elite talent.

The situation in New York is different. They were dead set on getting rid of D'Antoni LONG before Melo got there. Nothing short of a championship would save his job.

Spo has 3 of the best players in the league on his team and one of them is a skilled big man. Their lack of depth is a problem, but the fact that they steamroll teams during the regular season but stall out in the playoffs is a reflection of the coach........
