You nikkas and your excuses, this is exactly why your living with your parents..30 plus and living at home?? At this point there isn't an excuse that's going to fly, you just a bum ass nygga and I don't care if you disagree, it's the truth. I can understand struggling through your early to mid 20s but by 30 you should have something going to where you can atleast afford an efficiency apt.

And :pacspit: at you nikkas that keep saying "I'm not gonna pay some landlord $700 to rent when I can live with my parents and stack and start a business":mjlol: nikka the only person you fool in is yourself, keep making them excuses breh and watch time fly....

nikkas gone be 50 talking bout "fukk renting, ima stack this paper, live with mama and have me a business by 70...MAMMA IM HUNGRY what's for dinner ass nikka":mjlol::mjlol:

People that say its too expensive just dont wanna sacrifice or put the effort in. I mean I can understand cars and nice clothes being too expensive but I don't think you can put a price on your own independence. They are just comfortable.

I gotta lot of friends like that too, its expensive where I live.

This. i got 2 homies that dont stay with they parents they are in the service. The rest of these dudes are cool with staying with they momma. These nikkas gotta hate p*ssy. I couldnt imagine smashing in my momma house right now, having rules, etc. smh

If someone is 40+ and still lives at home how do you feel about that?

Let me answer your question before I go to bed

1.. I have no problem with it as long as u working, helping out around the house and giving your parents money.....if u sitting on your ass all day not being productive then u are a piece of shyt

2.. people parents are getting older and a lot of sons and daughters moved back to help them, plus the house is paid for so if anything happens u have a house for u without a mortgage...

3... I see too many blacks and whites run out to places they can't afford, because they want to compete with sally, biff, Tyrone and tasha who living good and can afford it.. but u can't, but at the same time u can't let them see u struggling and u want to show your peers that u are on their level

4.. I see married professional Asians and Mexicans all the time staying with their parents and they are in their 30s and 40s..

Stopped trying to live how AMERICA want u to live..from that bullshyt of moving out at 18, going to college, getting a 100,000 job, married the woman of your dream, buying that beautiful home and having 2 kids and then retiring to Costa Rica...

U know what??? That's bullshyt for 80% of the country and if u black its 98.9% bullshyt

Stopped listening to these nikkas and bytches and do u

:yeshrug:I used to think if you weren't out by like 21, something was wrong, but when I was 23 I had to get major, life saving surgery, and it was almost a year until I was fully recovered, so you're damn right I moved back in with my parents. I ended up staying there til I was 26, finishing up a double major while commuting (had to withdraw when I was 21 too for medical reason, dat genetic disorder). Changed my view on the subject completely, but then again Imma be dead by 50, so I don't have time to worry about what anyone thinks/thought about me living at home for that long :jawalrus:

It sounds like you have a personal vendetta against people who don't play the rat race, as if we are cheating the system. I'm not making any excuses for my lifestyle, I've made mistakes like everyone else my age more or less whether I lived at home or with a roommate. I don't know how old you are (I'm 26), but a common theme with people 35+ is that they want to blatantly want to ignore how the landscape has changed in 2016 to the core - rent is up, and wages are stagnant or in many cases even down. Your perception may be different but the numbers don't lie.

Clown me if you want, but I don't take much offense because the vast majority of ̶b̶l̶a̶c̶k̶ ̶m̶e̶n̶ people aren't doing much better than me, whether or not they live with a parent. I know plenty of people in general who brag about being on their own since said age, and stay struggling. They never set themselves up for emergencies whether they could build a cushion or not. Constantly in debt, kids they had young that they can't afford, no working car, and borrowing money.

Like I said in the last post millennials love spending money but hate the accountability, that's why evictions are at the highest level since the recession. Constantly moving around from working-class apartment complex to another for 15-20+ years may be a win in your book, but not for me.

Where are the black men who can provide $16+ an hour jobs to help me get out of the situation you hate so much? Are you one of them??? There are very few of them, besides the STEM field and other advanced fields.
Where are the black landlords without the no-negro policy with apartments/rental homes that don't cost half of my net pay? There are very few. So until then, I will continue to set myself up for success and get this ball rolling. You may think I'm blowing smoke by saying I'm working on starting a side business, but is that because I live with one of my parents, or it is because you haven't done it yourself yet?

And yes, landlords are racist, very racist. Mortgage loan companies are racist as well, but with a good downpayment and credit history it will at least put me on track to having my own.

The world is racist narrative is a p*ssy ass copout. Tired of black people using that as an excuse for not advancing. You sound defeated.
