Wasn't that on 4th down?
yes.

Green bay went conservative on offense and defense![]()

this is one of those times I appreciate Favre because he would blow off the coaches whether it was Holmgren, Sherman or McCarthy and do something to win the game on his own
now in critical spots he threw picks but Favre never played to lose and Rodgers needs to rebel against his coach for that
eh...it's really a give and take
playing this way has got rodgers one super bowl, and lost him one nfc championship game....favre did the same, though he does have bragging rights for getting us to 2 superbowls

Greg Jennings is wide open, Grant is wide open, and is that Donald Lee or Bubba Franks? either way, they are open tooyes.

i got it! lets line up Kuhn and lacy but instead of running it to Lacy, will have Kuhn take it up the gut!
we ran that play all year,im sure they are expecting it
He didn't do anything wrong. One 1st down and the game is over
they had 5 mintues left and 3 time outs, how would 1 1st down win the game
Ugh didn't we learn anything from Dallas vs Detroit? When dude picked up a fumble only to fumble it back to Detroit and give them another chance? Granted, that dude made up for his mistake with the game saving sack, but everyone and their mama was saying he should have went down. Burnett did the right thing and McCarthy was a p*ssy.
say others lack understanding of football then say this guy would be tackled after a few yards when no one was within 15 yards, and those guys were/were going to be blocked and they are linemenCmon now, lets try to show an understanding of football knowledge here. Burnett has all his momentum moving left (Hes just about to slide), and he's clearly shadowed and covered by multiple seahawks. He would have been tackled within a few yards max.
If Sean Taylor can get stripped by Mo Clarett anything can happen. He got down it was the smart play, his team had a 98% chance of winning the game at that time.

reading some of these dumb ass responsesI dont remember anyone bytching when he went down in real time
It only looks bad in hindsight and he was being told to get down by multiple people on the field
theres at least 2-3 pages of spam soon as the play happened in the game thread everyone calling him a dumbass for sliding.. twitter damn near broke.. the fukk world yall live in ?
Each new photo makes his decision look worse. Lmfao at anyone defending his choice to slide after seeing this pic

Thats what I dont get. Why would you not advance the ball at all in that situation? Why was his coach and defensive captain on some bytch shyt . People in this thread just dont get it. No one is saying he single handely lost the game but to just slide in wide open field is stupid as fukk. I dont see how you could think otherwise. shyt the man could have burned off more clock and you would have the ball back. The fukkHe could of ran further then slid down.. am I in the fukkin twilight zone ??
this thread is fukking ridiculous
