Zangief from Vanilla was pretty bad too with his Lariat/Grabs that literally overrode anything else in the game. Though he got toned down afterwards.

Zangief also turned the CPU brain dead easy regardless of difficulty when you used him

Spam lariat. Special grabs when they got close

Yeah. Because these nikkas are annoying and hard as fukk. I remember my boys and I were playing Kof 11 and we had to pick a character each to beat the damn boss because the nikka had a fireball that teleported behind you and a ghost wave of some kind that went through blocks. And let's not forget the chip damage.
