This is true but at the same time it isn't. There are many women who have had normal childhoods free of sexual abuse who went on to lead sexually promiscuous lifestyles. A lot of people give in to peer pressure, and it isn't rare for women to give into the partying, drinking, clubbing lifestyle.. which leads to one night stands, flings, etc.

Women love sex, and they will keep interacting with a man that is not committed to them because of the great sex he gives them. A lot of women also just enjoy the rush and thrill of interacting with a masculine and strong man and submitting to him by opening their legs to him.

In today's society women have the privilege of being sexually promiscuous and at the same time being able to settle down with one man and build a family. It probably wasn't as viable an option as it was in the past.
