I don't really obsess about the number of partners a woman has nor do the men I hang out with. This is mainly an online thing. While I do care, its no way to tell if a woman is lying about her sexual history so you have to just go by her actions over time, people always tell on themselves.

As far as the instagram chicks, guys like girls with nice bodies. Men would prefer a woman with a body like those women who was more pure if they were available. The solution to that is women getting in the gym.

This is true, I agree with this totally. Ideally a man should find his long term partner in his 20s. If you have the looks and money you MIGHT be able to push that into early 30s, or just get lucky. After that good luck.
