Uphill treadmill (6mph minimum) - IMO, the most efficient way to burn calories

it changes, right now single leg bench lunges and lateral lunges with the resistance band. also some stupid ab exercise my trainer has me do, forgot what she calls them but it's like a reverse crunch, toe touch in successive movements.
