Yeah I don't think people were ready to have access to lifestyles and how people are living beyond their immediate environment and has really messed up how people value each other as relationship prospects. Men and Women. You got nikkas like X who think he going to get Ashanti and women thinking they going to get Idris when really they need to line they standards up with something more realistic.

People eliminating folks in they same situation. No broke boyz but girls be broke themselves. No cellulite no stretch marks but dudes be fat themselves.

Its messy people want everything for nothing.

Glad I locked a good one down early cuz its crazy out here some of my boys struggling because they kept holding out for something better and now they starting to feel the pressure and they getting more by the day.

Big cities attract career oriented people, especially cities with a large professional class like NYC, SF, DC, LA, Chicago, etc. Which means having alot of women who don't have kids or families yet. In small towns every chick above 24 has kids, some even younger. You said you're a DMV nikka right? Well in DC, you can find hundreds of thousands of chicks with no kids. Go up to Baltimore and its a different story because its a hole in the wall city. Go to the little towns in Maryland and its the same thing. Location plays a part.

There are, and it depends on where you live.... Got a cousin that didn't get married until he was 40, now 5 years later he got 3 lil girls... .Wife is a doctor and 10 years his junior..... Got an older partner that got his young wife pregnant when he was 53... She was 34.....

Both are solid chicks..... but at the end of the day, you get what you put out, regardless of age
