You have to have passive income. That working a 9-5 and depending on that as your sole stream of income will always have you working with razor thin margins trying to make ends meet.
My wife and I quickly figured out that shyt wasn’t going to work for the lifestyle we wanted to live.
We went out and got investment properties and acquired an event’s space we rent out.
Our monthly bills alone probably hit around 10K or better. Working a little 9-5 even being an upper level administrator like I am doesn’t cut the mustard for what we like to do.
As far casual dating is concerned fellas don’t go broke trying to help these women support a lifestyle that they can’t even afford to support themselves. These ladies want surf and turf items off the menu, handbags, and other shyt that they either can’t afford or barely afford.
Until that woman proves she’s the one take her azz to get some wings, burgers, and other cheap shyt.

Definitely!! That's why I feel alot of brehs pockets are hurting besides inflation and the regular stuff. Casual dating is an expensive monthly bill. with the standards that alot of these women are shouting brehs spending $150-$300 off the jump to impress a chic. It's unsustainable especially if this isn't a woman that isn't trying to build with you or you don't see long term. Not passing judgement I've had my season of doing it as well. So I'm just passing experience down. Just take them out for ice cream, bowling, sip and paint. The simple things so you can really do you can see what she's really about and not just stuffing her face on your dime. Then you'll know if she's someone worth a dinner date.
Exactly, fellas would be better in the long run letting them know exactly what it is from the jump.
If she isn’t interested solely based on that she was never the one to begin with. Let her move around.
There will eventually be a woman that is interested and on the same type of time you are on as a man.

That 9-5 is not guaranteed. You could be there 10+ years going to work every day and just like that it’s gone.
I agree with you; however, I’m relatively safe in my field of education. People aren’t beating down the door to be teachers, teacher’s aides, assistant principals, principals, central office supervisors, and superintendents.
I can barely find people that want to come sub for us much less get certified teachers.
I do understand what you’re saying though. I had a cousin working a job at a plant making nearly six figures and they laid him off without warning. He went to Texas and found something better but yeah I know jobs go away everyday.
Most females like being out/summertime/rooftops..especially I live right in a poppin area in DC. Too many restaurants..
Yeap just hopping from party to party. Getting by on free drinks and if they can get in someone's booth. One chic I talked to said her and some of her friends used to have little containers of liquor they snuck in with them too. It's actually fascinating how a easy it is for a beautiful woman to come up. Most just fumble it on materialistic stuff though so it all balances out on the back end.

its great for #GMB brehs though.
its sooooooo easy to pick and choose the type of chicks you want.
I got brehs 40+ fukking with females 22+ just off the strength of a few nice meals and a gift here and there.
Some of these females have boyfriends that dont even know.
