I never cut out the magazines, as a shawty.
I usually drew athletes real big on Bristol.
or,..i had posters from sports illustrated for kids...
i could never piece on the walls,....
but, i could tag on the mirror, and oh boi did I......

then,.....my precious tag mirror broke......
i wonder still to this day,...if that seven years bad luck stuff is true.
i have broken hordes of mirrors cutting hair over the years....

anyway,....
i love posters and the marketing for shyt you could find posted in the streets back in the day on buildings.
plus, in Chicago back then you could find posters, and cut-outs and all that shyt, everywhere.
shyt,...i had the cta signs, and streets signs at one point in time, too.

all that shyt, is great to own.
i really think will the next generation keep the value of that stuff alive.
like how the pickers are on,...
or, will it continue in this nothing has any monetary value and is disposable era.
well everything, except OG JORDAN with no yellowing, if they exist.
like how that picker, and pawn shop comes on.
when in reality,...there are not many pawn shops anymore at all.
plus,......if you go to one,...only thing you will be able to sell is....
like, a brand new item,..that someone needs to off immediately, for a revenue grab, under retail.
other than that,.....pawn shops in Chicago,..not really popping like that in the ghetto.

anyway, when it came to posters.....

SPUD WEBB = my favorite from sports illustrated from kids.
THE AGASSI was legend from sports illustrated for kids.
THE JORDAN = god like from sports illustrated for kids and they were double sided and double folding out.
shyt's were so big.....
I had these ill slanted walls, in my huge ass room.
I hung my posters so they hung off the wall..like a floating painting.
took the shyt down when lil bro inherited sole ownership, of the room.

I had all the large fukkin performance flats, for all the shows i went to damn near at the AC club.
where they were used to cover the street lights....
i still got krs, wu-tang, i can remember off the top of my head.
many more, too.................

the person with the mad ill memorabilia of Chicago hiphop is:

MIKE TREECE
of mass hysteria

going to mike treece house was like going to the mike treece hip hop hall of fame.

I have an entire chest filled with promotional posters and stickers I pillaged from traveling around the city. So much Wu Tang shyt. I have the original Ironman poster they gave out at a barber shop. But I stayed hanging shyt in my room so there's where and tear.

retrospectively speaking, it has everything to do with it. if he was still alive he probably would have made a better one and this one would be forgotten. on the flip side, if he didn't die this first album wouldn't even have been created. it's sort of like paul maccartney and the beatles. hence the title, ready to die.

I get this gimmick,....

yet, I don't think you do at all.
see,.....it says the 2o13newmember..
I get that,....
I get the whole narcissistic, lupe blatantly ripoffs I used to love her for every lyric he makes damn near.
we supposed to get you are a troll.

yet, I think you missing out on really actually showing what and how great this lil goof ass gimmick of yours is.
you could have been a legend, already but you fukkin blew it.
you been here since Monday.
acting like a complete fukkin clueless uneducated culturally non-existence ruse based username.
yet, you forgot in all the 188 post you were making to curb the clueless act in less than five posts.
after getting checked from your purposeful troll twitter like response.
then turned into a literal hiphop knowledge god on your seventh post.

it is your 188th post...

you missed out on the reward of getting a real response.
to have a proper legacy in this forum from anyone legitimately 181 posts ago.

Californ-i-a by way of BK
50 Cent - Get Rich or Die Trying was always more of a classic because of what it ushered in, more than the music. The movement was so strong at the time. But the album itself is great, but I'd give it a 4/5 more than a 5/5, but it's still classic for what it meant at the time

The Fugees - The Score. There's like 5 great songs on here and everything else ranges from okay to pretty bad. I'd give it a 3.5/5, but the Fugees were huge at the time and the songs that are great are classic. So I understand why it's so highly ranked
