Why are LeBron's shoe sales doubling and tripling the sales of all of his peers?

Cause everyone elses sneakers is wack as hell. Lebrons shyts is garbage too, but sneaker fans gotta big up something besides Jordans, so why not the best players?

I think it's Derrick Rose. He's humble as hell, or is he slightly autistic? He could be more beloved by fans if he had atleast half of a personality.

i own a pair of royal lebron ix, and a pair of lebron x's.
i'm going to try to get a pair of those brown suede X's too.

i also bought some ix for my nephew for school.

i hate lebron.

purchasing a player's shoes =/= loving a basketball player and thus, high shoe sales are not a sign that a player is "beloved" which is the question this thread is asking.

you're welcome.

Bullshyt, spending $150, for the general public, is a big investment to put towards someones brand that you dont like. Perhaps that wasnt the case for you, but if LeBron and John Wall switched designs, Wall wouldnt have raised one spot on the list. Brand recognition is what sells in the basketball shoe marketplace.

I have to go with Durant & Curry.

It's a love/hate thing with Bron & Kobe. Melo & Russy are seen as selfish ballhogs, Rose's indecisiveness about his return hurt him, & Paul is starting to get that coach killer tag, similar to what JKidd went through a few years back. I'm not even going to discuss Howard.

in 2012, the best selling jerseys in order were: D.Rose, J.Lin, Kobe, Lebron

kobe got the most votes for the all star game this year
last year, dwight howard had the most votes. followed by kobe, derrick rose
in 2011, kobe also received the most all star votes.

this year off hurt his popularity as did this shyt with him not coming back. but at his peak, he was more liked/popular than lebron. there was never a reason to hate Drose, i've literally heard nothing negative about him from anyone before this sitting out during the playoffs shyt

To spend $150 towards someone's brand, is an investment. All star votes are free.

:heh: @ investment.

i already disproved your argument, i've purchased >4 lebrons in the last 6 months, that must mean i love him right. :rudy:

in contrast i've only purchased a steph curry jersey since he joined the league. naturally my 4 lebron purchases are greater than 1 steph jersey so lebron is my favorite player according to ur argument

right?

Isn't Kobe the most popular athlete in China?

China has so many fukkin' people ... :wow: Couple this all the Lakers fans/bandwagoners, Kobe fans, and not countin' the Laker/Kobe fans in other countries. Ladies and gentleman, I think we have a winner... :obama:

:heh: @ people mentioning lebron. nobody outside of miami and internet dikkriders likes him. i had old ass people at work who dont even watch basketball rooting for the spurs just because they hate that mothafukka.

i cant find the spurs-heat espn poll, im sure someone can get it and post it. but this was the poll for thunder vs heat asking "who are u rooting for"

washington-poll-heat-thunder.png

^speaks for itself. and this years was similar. lebron is popular no doubt, but u even find espn anchors throwing shots at him for no reason. some dude was saying lebrons headband is an 'artificial hairline' that gives him confidence but it didnt matter in that 4th q of game 6 :dead:

Here is this years poll

I think we can leave Lebron out of this conversation
