Guess I should do some research. I'm already working out to lose weight but I need to know how to legit defend myself.
Can't be

when some dude flexes on me in front my son (if I ever get one).
In a real street fight honestly speed and leverage is all that matters. The last thing you should be thinking of is going toe to toe with a nikka on the block. Most will not fight fair and 1/2 the time use some sort of weapon or object.
You always want to fight and negotiate from an advantageous position. Cast your ego aside and focus on the longer term outcome you are looking for which should be diffusing the situation.
Anytime you square up close on a nikka expect to get sucker punched. The thing is outside of the ring it's simply not worth it. You are not winning any accolades, money or fame just a potential fade, jail sentence and lawsuit.
Your first thought should be how can I get out of this situation alive with whoever I am with with the minimum amount of damage possible. That is all.
