Snoop musically has been ass for years now, he's just been surviving off his charisma and knowing how to politic rap game and get up under these young rappers. 2pac was way more charismatic and people fukked with Pac heavy. 2pac would very much way more relevant than Snoop.

Yea...there are those that for sure should give it up...
...but like anything else, there are people that can handle certain things, and those that cant.

But for the most part the ones who cant handle are in the bigger percentile of being a loser/burnout then those who can. I'd go as far as saying 90% cant handle it and are bums and the other 10% are your Snoops and Bill Mahers
