Yeah a lot of Russians are Central and West Asian mixed.
That was after Hitler went crazy in the Soviet and killed nearly half the Russian population which many were mixed Asians and Jews, along with Tatars and Bashkirs so imagine what the population was like before.
Russian/Soviet population was about 100 million at the time. Then 50 million wounded or killed by Nazi Germany.

Yeah that’s one of the main reasons why he looked down on Slavs/eastern Europeans. He thought many of them already had asiatic mindset/culture in their heads and Asiatic blood in their veins. They were not pure whites anymore and threatened the racial purity of the rest of pure white Europeans.

But in world war 2, he viewed the Chinese and Japanese as superior and considered them honorary Aryans though!.
