Someone name me ONE race or group of people who has their wealthy live in the same neighborhoods as their poor.

1 -Terrible example. That would be a good example if black men with money were leaving the hood and moving to already built, well off black owned, black dominated affluent neighborhoods in droves (but these don't even exist in droves), when it's actually white owned and dominated neighborhoods we go to, we don't build/invest, just run away, which is why black neighborhoods tend to be in such bad shape, instead of trying to fix them,build or invest so that we own them (like whites own theirs), we move away to white ppl

More accurate example wouldve been, do poor "white trash" white ppl who live in trailer parks etc aspire and rush to move out to where a bunch of black people are heavily concentrated (i.e.another race) when they get some money? Answer is no. They don't take their money to nikkas once they become successful. They still rather live around and send their money towards other white ppl

And if rich cacs ultimately had to choose, they'd still pick poor whites over nikkas, every time, because they are white like them

2 - Another reason your example is a false equivalence, we don't even own our neighborhoods, or care about that, where as white ppl own theirs, instead of running from it to go live among black ppl and let black ppl take it over, they buy a lot of shyt upand fix it up/build. Surprise, surprise, yall aren't thinking in terms of ownership, investing, and building anything

3 - Even though poorer whites don't live in the same exact neighborhoods as their well off or more successful ones, they still tend to prefer to live among their own ppl. When they become successful, they aren't breaking their necks to move to where any nikkas of any socioeconomic status are. Unlike us, who brag about leaving to go live in "good" neighborhoods that are mostly white instead of trying to buy, fix up/build our own.

Thread starter is right, instead of trying to invest in and build up black communities when we make it, we usually just move out of them into white ones and brag about coming up I.e. living among whites

Hood = an areas with the lowest socio economic status.

High crime rates etc. people don't have shyt so if you do start to have shyt poverty nikkas will steal it.

You want to get away from that so little brothazay can play safely without dumb fukkin nikkas doing their street shyt.

By all means if you're happy living amongst filth, stay their and don't improve your quality of life.

Wrong. All blacks have to do is create their own affluent suburbs. I think this thread has been done before though. But we don't see affluent whites saying they should go live in the trailer parks. The most effective thing blacks could do when they leave the hood is BUILD their own community that would be just as affluent, progressive and economically sound as white people's. It comes down to building networks. Sorry but in the hoods blacks don't own shyt. The Koreans own the hair stores. The Chinese own the chicken shops. The Arabs run the gas stations and supermarkets. It's not exactly like black people in the hood are building their own businesses and networks.

Pretty much this, looking for anyone here to name high profile blacks who still stay living in squalor and filth..

Even white trash aspire to get the fukk out, only borderline retarded people who aren't doable or moving out accept that this is their life..

You can't just pump money into the hood, you have to change infrastructure on a city and state level to make it better
