yea Rainier got hoods but even over there they are rebuilding with tons of new condos. some great restaurants down there too.

they can rebuild all the nice buildings down there all they want......its still hood and I love it down there........alot of young great basketball players in that area......my friends son plays for Rainer Beach.......

Welcome. We've had great weather this summer but starting to look like fall now. Lots of stuff in seattle getting built including a new waterfront park by the pier, more light rail system and possibly a basketball stadium. Then there are a bunch of clubs and good restaurants. Not to mention we finally got some good sports teams to cheer for. Tons of tech companies to work as well. Seattle is not bad don't knock it till you've been here before.

Can't wait breh. Been planning this for the past 5 years. Some good news came my way and I'm ready . Job transfer the whole nine yards. I've been out there only 2 other times but it's always been a place I knew I needed to be. Progressive minded people and crisp air.

It is close to everything in the city, but basically sheltered from everything in the city... My folks use to live there and I would come back from college and kick it... Smoke up on the beach and all that... Look it up...
