But thats the thing tho. Let's say its a 60/40 split in favor of the PS4 for the first year. I think the split is close enough at that point that they have to develop on the XBONE first because its easier to work UP than to scale back down.
The only experience I have dealing with shyt like this is for Android/iOS apps and not video games though. An 80/20 split would probably push the main focus to the PS4 then screw over the XBOX One owners. I think anything close to 50/50 favors the lowest spec console
It'll be easier for them to use the PS4 for the lead then scale down features for the One, get it running smoothly on the PS4 and go from there. They don't work up, if they did the 3rd party PS3 games would have looked better, we all saw what the PS3 is capable of when pushed to it's limit. It was technically more powerful than the 360, but had bottlenecks that no 3rd party developer was going to take the time out to work around.
Yep, and that's where their more powerful thinking comes from. They feel they have an advantage with it (even though there was basically nothing games wise for it at the presser).
Of course it's bs but we'll see if people fall for it![]()
The internet seems to be siding with the PS4, and the net voice is pretty loud compared to 2006.

It has been widely reported the gpu in X1 is 1.2 tflp and the gpu in PS4 is 1.8 tflp aka 30%. And not taking in account anything else on both systems. If anything the gpu on both consoles is not the bottleneck. Its the slow in comparison to mainstream cpu's in these consoles.
