He is right, I already have the 360, so no need for another one.
Thank you Microsoft now I can spend my money on your competitor.

That's why I'm going with PS4.GPU is 50% more powerful, that will mean something a year or two from now when developers start putting out games built from the ground up on each system.
One of the big things 360 had going for it was that multiplat games generally looked better on it, that just won't be the case now. Damn near every game shown (demoed) by EA or Ubisoft were on PS4 or PC as the leads.
fukk soldiers stationed abroad.

i dont care about them playing either if its going to hold me back, but they said at the conference last month they would have something to special circumstances like military![]()
It will be interesting to see how it plays out because the past few gens they build for the lowest common denominator and build from there.
I think in terms of multiplat the last 2 gens usually went:
PS2 - GC (if made) - XBOX - PC
360 - PS3 - PC (more ground work towads the end)
I am still assuming the XBONE will have most of the work done, then pay attention to the PS4 since they are so similar outside of the PS4 being better in terms of specs underneath.
The Wii U is technically the lowest, but I think most have thrown them in the bushes. We might never see another EA game on Nintendo again.
That's why I'm going with PS4.
But I think MS thinks that the people buying these games won't care about that so they went with the cheaper parts. I mean if you look at the previous gens the more powerful system has never really won.
Of course the difference this time is the parts are all PC based and similar so maybe people will smarten up. In the long run when it comes down to games Sony has been unrivaled for damn near 20 years.

nikkas want my old shyt, buy my old system.
But thats the thing tho. Let's say its a 60/40 split in favor of the PS4 for the first year. I think the split is close enough at that point that they have to develop on the XBONE first because its easier to work UP than to scale back down.I don't see Xbox being the lead, pretty much all the games Ubisoft showed yesterday were PS4, meaning that was the lead platform. That's always been the best way to judge things, whichever system is being used for live demos is the lead.
Whichever system has the higher userbase becomes the lead platform for development. The PS3 coming out after 360, and being so difficult to develop for didn't help it's cause.
shouldn't just be for soldiers.... :lookherebruh:
true but it dont effect me tho, i dont have a problem wit people being able to play offline, but if they cant it is what it isYep, and that's where their more powerful thinking comes from. They feel they have an advantage with it (even though there was basically nothing games wise for it at the presser).I agree however, in the previous generations the more powerful system was never the cheaper one.
This is the first time I can think of where the machine with more horsepower is going to come in $100 cheaper than the weaker one, and MS has Kinect to thank for that.

"Fortunately we have a product for people who aren't able to get some form of connectivity, it's called xbox 360"
