How do people feel about the Lakers chances vs Rockets? I think it's give and take when it comes to the Lakers' size advantage, but the Rockets also have the personnel to switch on LeBron. Lakers also do not have the guards to stop Harden / Westbrook or the 3 point shooting to match Houston. Harden and Westbrook though are typically inconsistent in the playoffs and they'll be depending on their bench and roleplayers to be making shots or else their whole offensive identity is negated.

Right? I’ll wait until we make it past OKC

I'm just curious bout how the Lakers fare vs hot teams from deep that have the versatility to guard LeBron and AD (Bucks, Rockets, Clippers)

But why are Rockets fans so concerned about OKC? I get they have the defense and guard play to stay competitive but they're really outgunned (OKC #2 option is Gallinari) and don't have as much playoffs experience. Adams / Nerlens aren't that punishing on a smaller lineup. Even without Westbrook I only see that series going to 6.

They should be able to beat them without Russ. My concern is OKC being so scrappy that even in a loss, that could cost the Rockets the next series. Also, I don’t trust MDA in the slightest to make the necessary adjustments if things go south. Remember when Capela was getting totally abused in the Warriors series last year by Looney and Draymond? He let him die for 6 straight games and did nothing at all about it.

They really squandered these last two games. I want really discuss officiating cause tha out of their hands, but launching that many 3s at that juncture of the game? Will MDA ever fukking learn? That shyt is sickening. Time to break the glass and get Westbrook back to 4-2 this shyt.

Game 3 was really bad too. The same problems inbounding the ball they've had for like 5 years. If Russ was playing we would've had the speed and explosion to get open and get the ball.

To say Russ has to play in Game 5 is an understatement.

Goin need a big game from Russ. Our last three close out games, CP3 stepped up big time. We need that killer instinct to help harden close out cuz let’s be honest...:francis:

All good will was lost after games 5 and 6 last year. Not that he played horrible but the outcome was inexcusable, regardless. Part of me feels like '18 and '19 will haunt our fanhood forever as the apex of the Harden era. Game 6 last year in particular was rock bottom, moreso than anything that happened in the '18 series.

That whole series in 19 was a fireable offense for MDA. He allowed Capela to die for 6 straight games. That was self-sabotage.
