Yea, the Westbrook gamble was an utter failure. Downsizing Capela for no big at all (to appease Westbrook), a total failure. Canning all of D'Antoni's assistants but not firing Pringles himself.. nonsensical. Making our only high value trade chip (Gordon) un-tradeable with that new extension... icing on the cake.

I figure a report next week that Pringles and HOU "agree to part ways" or whatever. But Morey needs to get canned, and a fire sale needs to occur.

Capela a p*ssy ass nygga that needed to go but the concept of a big man isn't. LAL, LAC, DEN if pressed can all do our shyt better.

The 2018 team was the prototype but we let the wheels fall off. Overpaid for Capela, overpaid CP3, let Ariza walk with no replacement, and couldn't replace Luc Mbah Boute.

Ideally you surround Harden with gritty 6'8 or taller 3&D wings, a 7ft PnR defensive center, and a 2nd star. Other than Clint being undersized, we had that in '18.

That's what's we have to get back to but with a different coaching regime that makes us more player-friendly. However, James is 31 and it may take 1-3 years to untangle this whole mess.
