I'm looking into multivitamins and came across these vitamins called All-One.

A lot of the stuff on the market have artificial sweeteners and other ish that's not good for you



I'm ordering some soon after I look more into them

I just got back on my Orange Triad steez because of the joint formula complex in there; squats have had my left shoulder/rotator cuff feeling ... Hope it helps. Last time I took it I would have to wear shades when I went to go take a leak; my urine would be looking like highlighter fluid.

im gonna give these a tray, for some reason them gummy bear vitamin don't do shyt for me. any other vitamin i take i can feel the difference in my energy level.

i just copped some alive veggie vitamins yesterday from walmart. i go on a cycle when it comes to vitamins, after i finish this alive bottle, im going on centrum than after that it's one a day, then back to start with alive again. i never want my body to get used to one type of vitamin.

The big name brands (Centrum, One-A-Day, etc.) are full of fillers and aren't as readily dissolvable as other multis. I tried them in the past but after doing research realized that there were much better multis out there.

I heard a few years ago that the best Multi's to take are the Centrum Silver for men 50+. Something about it being the same as the normal multi, but with more that helps your joints. I've been taking the Wegmans brand 50+ lately.

I used to take the GNC Mega Men, but it didn't sit well it my stomach, even if I only took one instead of the recommended two.
