Driving under the speed limit gotta be one of the DUMBEST reasons to pull someone over

Aside from the previously mentioned offense of screwing up the flow of traffic, a lot of junkies drive under the speed limit (especially if they're on parole or have outstanding warrants) in an attempt to fly under the radar when they have drugs on them, especially if it's a good amount of weight that they're either transporting or planning to sell. Going 10+ mph under the limit is an easy way to arouse a cop's suspicion that you have something to hide.

If you're wondering why don't they just drive normally (speed limit + 5 generally speaking) to not attract the attention of the law, remember, this is junkies I'm talking about. If they were capable of making good, intelligent decisions, they wouldn't be junkies in the first place.

Nah. Unless it is a residential area, i.e they are slowing down to look for an address, it is one of the clear signs that someone is driving under the influence.

Surprised there are so many excuses for that aggressive meathead.
