Dont generalize with music....its a culmination of things...social media + certai aspects of hiphop is what is detrimental to the black communtiy
The Black community is developed by its culture and the roots of expansion... its all a influence like a trend if a trending fashion is being genocide by spreading a message of Killing your own race because your all about the money and the gang shyt.. your not Rapping to influence anything positive.. your basicly programming the ones that listen to your influence based on the culture and the style. You see we make the wrong things seem right because its cooler then doing the right things..because we brainwash ourselfs to think self confliction is upon us as being stereotyped and misused by the system.. which is right and truth but we also promote the cause of us killing each other as trophy.. the opposition of a enemy becomes our own kind because of the culture of rivalry between factions. You can say whats wrong is right and right is wrong... but when u tell others to follow the same its not beneficial to the cause and effect:ohhh:

what is mindblowing to me is that people think of artists as this machine that is programmed to churn out poison
why is it that the "powers that be" "allow" J Cole to release a song about losing his virginity when their purpose is to "corrupt the black community" with violent strung out artists like Chief Keef (who got dropped from his label), Future etc etc
what makes you think that subject matter isn't what they want to rap about?

it's so stupid to just try to snuff out the rappers talking about the shyt going on in the community rather than taking an evaluative look at the community and fix it from there
you want to change the music?
change the environments of future rappers :stopitslime:
Rappers have the biggest fan bases in the world..more then a pastor of a church or even a president of a country in terms of influential fans who support the artist.. so a Rapper was a MC a Master Ceremony, a street reporter, a story teller, a motivational speaker, a POET of words.. a icon because whos following who in terms of music culture based around the people who listen and become reprogrammed

Exactly breh. These celebs are paid millions to endorse products, yet according to many on the coli they have little to no influence.

yep, this music teaches us that other blacks are the enemy/threat. This music teaches us that ignorance and crime gets you money, fast cars, big houses and the women instead of intelligence and education. This music teaches us that the way to deal with our problems is through violence. This music teaches us to spend frivolously and to put our money into all hands but black hands. This music teaches young black men that all black women are b1tches & h0es. This music teaches all young black women that all black women are b1tches and h0es. This music teaches us that being part of a gang is cool. This music teaches us that going to prison is cool. This music teaches an overall destructive lifestyle for our youth that will ultimately lead to the genocide of any community. Thats why i refer to this music as "black genocide music"
