waiting is the worse when you're the one being checked out and not moving. i don't want to waste 5+ minutes standing around while they go find and confirm that someone else can do their job. that might not be valuable time to you, but it sure as hell is to me. do y'all even grocery shop (i'm single so i gotta do that shyt)? how is this at all reasonable, it's the service business. i'm not demanding that you buy pork for me.

that's why when i'm at costco i try to use self-checkout when the line isn't ridiculously long.

Self checkout at Costco? Wheredeydodatat?

:ohhh:

i didn't know pork was against the law. :ohhh:

you mean to tell me target is going to hire an under 18 cashier and be shocked that they can't legally sell to a customer?

No they'll either make accommodations to get someone over 18 to touch/ring it up or reassign them somewhere else. Same shyt in this case.

Ii'm not seeing the outrage or need to fire the person.

it's not the same thing.
One's against the law, ones against a personal religious belief/law. Is this the only difference your going to cite?

If so, last I checked one couldn't be fired for their religious beliefs, even at work (diversity anyone?). If they were, a lawsuit would be filed and Target would lose.

You don't see the outrage from a customer perspective? :what:
Imagine Muslim Cashiers holding up the line on holiday weekends when people like to BBQ and the stores are packed.

Put that bytch on clean up duty and get them the fukk outta here :camby:

You would be better off just saying this and KIM:
fukk Muslims

Folks ain’t even that worked up over chick-fil-a being closed on sundays because of religious beliefs, but wanna have they pitchforks ready over some muslim that don't wanna touch pig at a grocery store.
No one gets that worked up over cashiers under 21 holding up the line cause they can't touch booze when people like to drink and the stores are packed, why start now?

Does logic get thrown out the window when muslim/religions are involved in HL? Sure seems like it.

Get your dumbass analogies out of here. I used to work at a grocery story as a teenager, and we were always allowed to scan alcohol as long as we asked for ID. The fukk are you talking about.

Chick fil A being closed on Sunday is a company decision for all stores, if some employees at chick fil a decided they were against serving chicken to customers due to some dumb ass religious belief, than there would be the same exact outrage and the same exact question would be asked: "Why the fukk are you working here?? :mindblown:"

fukk your religion.

Because that's the choice of the owner... not the employee.

:mjlol:

You must be Muslim.

Walmart doesn't let folks under 21 sell booze or cigarettes to my knowledge. Your store does. Where i'm at, it depends on the store/business. Some allow it some don't.

Target did everything possible to accomodate this somewhat ridiculous issue. Wear gloves if you have to, or work somewhere where you wont have to possibly handle pork and as a result, feel so judgemental of how others choose to live their lives that something as simple as scanning pork on your barcode reader renders you complicit in the unholy sin of your infidel customers...since that's really what this "problem" is about.
This is what Arab and Muslim cashiers in Michigan do in grocery stores.
