These people are so arrogant in their stupidty, they did themselves in
I hate that I might be giving Trump some ideas, not like they read the coli, but it would be very easy to do what they want to do in regards to this ban if they weren't so adversarial in the lead up to it. I hate that its that easy...but it really is that easy. They don't realize that while whats on the page may not be a "muslim ban", known intent can be taken into consideration.
Interesting history sidenote, if you look up order EO 9066 for interning the Japanese, the short document doesn't have the words Japanese in it, intentionally, to pass constitutional muster. FDR was told it was unconstitutional by his AG and he went forward on it anyways and slyly drafted it to be as innocuous as possible.
