I'll never count Jokic out but this series is going to be an uphill battle. I don't think the rest of his teammates can keep up with this level of defensive pressure. I wonder about in game 1 how much rust was a factor for OKC.

And they still would’ve won if not over coaching.

We played dumb as hell game 1, not only defensively with fouling for no reason but with additionally low iq shot selection. Shai settled a lot of the first game, they purposely made jokic guard in space this game. Denver hasn't been able to run a half court offense without turning it over, they basically have ben regulated to scoring off misses or fts. I dont even think jokic was good game 1, we bailed him out that 4th quarter, just very dumb basketball that game. Denver probably has 5 usable players and 1 of them in Murray has the best defenders on him all game.

This is a unique ass kicking. A 48-point lead after 3 quarters, over a team with the consensus best player alive, who also fouls out in 3 quarters. I don't have the data in front of me but I'm betting that's never happened to any "best player alive" before...

I picked OKC to win in 6, and I think that's still in play. The Thunder dominated most of G1, choked it in the 4th. Completely and totally smoked Denver tonight. So thru two games they've shown more consistency as the better team by a substantial margin...

I don't think Denver's out of this series, but it's not really because of anything about Denver. I'm not convinced Oklahoma can keep foot on neck. And Denver showed if you don't keep foot on neck, they are good enough to come back...

I'll stick with my OKC pick because I do believe they are the better team. But it's a precarious pick...

I see LeGBT have turned their attention to Jokic.
