I almost feel bad for Chet and JDubb bc this was about to be their proverbial "coming of age"/shut the haters up game for both of them.

Every criticism they've had all season and amplified in game 1, they were about to rewrite the narrative: JDubb with 30+ and put them up 3 with under a minute in regulation. Chet locked up Jokic and secured the ball with 30 seconds left in regulation.

Basically gift-wrapped the game for SGA but dude turned into everything i've criticised Tatum and Paul George for. Flinging up the most garbage shots last two possessons of regulation

the 2015 Warriors went down 2-1 against Memphis in R2. They won 3 straight to get to the conf finals. Series ain't over yet

Biggest difference is that no one on that Memphis team had anyone of Jokic or Murray caliber. Plus, the 2015 Warriors had two of the greatest shooters of all time in Steph and Klay who were both in their prime to outshoot a offensively challenged Memphis team.

Williams is 24 and Chet is 23 it's fair to call them young but the rest of these guys... are 26+ and I got the receipts of people crucifying Tatum/Brown when they were 23 and 24-years old respectively. Even after a title, Tatum is 26 and still getting knocked.
