You won't take it to trial and lose bro. Trials cost money. They don't like going to trial if they can help it. So just act like you're willing to take it all the way and they'll hit you with a lil misdemeanor charge.

And assuming you have no priors you'll probably do 0-3 months on a felony theft. Most likely 0 months. They'll let you out with time served and like a couple years of probation. Like i said they won't let it go all the way to trial.

Talk to your lawyer about first felony wavers and deferred prosecution. You'll get some action breh.

Yeah I heard about the first time felon deferred sentences. I am hoping that at the least, I'll be able to get that and not have a felony on record.

As a female that has been on Rice Street (I was innocent and the charges were dropped) i can say it's a hell hole and you can definitely die in there. I was able to keep my cell phone with me the entire time I was there, and multiple people had weed. The COs are as hood as the inmates and start just as much bs. My bond was posted immediately and it still took me four days to get out.

Yeah I been to jail a few times but Rice St is on some other shyt. It's like they bring all the wildest, most mentally unstable nikkas in metro atlanta there. My first day in classification, saw a ol head get his head beat against the concrete by a young nikka until buddy was damn near dead. Dude tried to fight the CO and got his ass tazed but he put up a damn good fight. Had this one nikka in the court holding cell who kept going to the window and beating his meat and staring at them ugly ass female CO'S. Dude would bust a nut and just wiped that shyt on the walls. He got checked over it but his uncle was in the cell too and is a certified nikka so nobody really tried him like that.

Yeah I heard that Gwinnett cheats, not surprised at all about that Caleb King shyt. But you gotta give them respect though. They parks and rec system is dope and it gives them the opportunity to really develop players from a young age. But I have heard from a couple folks that they will pay for a family to move out there if thy have a kid that can ball.

Metro Atlanta period puts out some dope athletes. Our pro teams may suck but the local HS talent in the 3 major sports is in the top 5 in the country easily.

And that sounds like some shyt some cats from Therrell would say. That school was beyond ratchet. Im shocked that shyt is even still open. Most of them nikkas in the Therrell district dont even go to schoo anyway. They had some fresh ass varsity jackets though, that red and black looked nice with some Bred Jordans.

We stayed brawling after the game, we got into it with everybody from McNair to North Atlanta. And of course when we played the other westside schools we turned up extra hard. But nobody went at it harder than when Doug played Mays. The parking lot after those games was just one big fight.

Yeah shyt is weird, I grew up with Al-Farouq (Mavs) his mom and my mom use to be close, knew Marcus Ball (Saints), Reggie and Corey White (Saints) was my boy. Knew Chris Singleton too, talent everywhere breh

Thanks baby girl. It is a hell hole and is run poorly. You are not looked at as a human being in there which is sad. I know few people have remorse for people who are incarcerated but something really needs to be done with Rice St.
