I've been a bigger dude all my life. I lost 40 lbs last year and I'm tryna get back on point.

I lost 3 lbs since Aug. 23.

A nicca focused again

I really can't see myself dying from a heart attack. I don't want diabetes or any other obesity-related diseases.

I try my best to live a healthy lifestyle and I exercise.

I even gave up drinking because it is a waste
