Lately I been noticing my right hand shakes a little bit whenever I try to keep it still. It's barely noticeable but I can kinda feel it

Do I got the diabetic shakes, brehs

Am I gettin' Parkinson's

I'm too scared to go to the doctor

I dont want to die then meet God and ask why he took me so young

I grew up in the hood, we ate chips and quarter hugs for breakfast
