I got called into the office by the bosses cause I wouldn’t say good morning. Had to explain to them that I grew up my entire life never saying good morning and it wasn’t on purpose. They laughed and told me they thought I was just not happy working there and let me be after that

They on some bs. She should look for other opportunities.

However... I do believe one should master the art of social skills as a life skill. This includes small talk... which you will need when you work with people of different ethnicities and backgrounds... you need to know how to talk to everybody and not be the awkward quiet person at work, no one likes that person.

NY all day..Da Stead & BK..
Imma keep it 100. I get the premise of what she’s saying and even agree to an extent. But from what she’s saying she has a pattern of this with all her jobs. She may very well be a bytch. Lol. Just keepin it real. If u meet an a$$hole in the morning. U met an a$$hole. If u been meeting a$$holes all day. YOUR the a$$hole. Me being a boss for years and always being the best at what I do and one of the hardest workers I’ve ever known. But I always been a cool nikka and pretty sociable as well. Not everyone is the same tho and no one should be penalized for being a quiet person. But there’s being quiet. And there’s being an a$$hole. Not saying u should get penalized for being an a$$hole. But don’t be an a$$hole and be surprised people think ur an a$$hole. Lol. That whole statement of “quiet people are the best at their jobs” shyt is a gross generalization and super cap too. I’ve had plenty of quiet workers try to fly under the radar with they bullshyt. Lol.

By far my least favorite part of working, but you’ve gotta deal with it. Got a note in a promotion review saying I performed well and coworkers like me but didn’t seem to be enjoying myself.

I’m like :gucci: I’m an introvert, I have a neutral to serious resting face, and I’ve been working 60+ hrs a week for like a year. This ain’t a client facing job stfu and pay me. I’ll let y’all know via resignation letter when there’s an issue.

You don't know anything about her for 1. For 2, why would you or anyone else care if she's a bytch? Not sure about you, but I come to work, to work. As long as she doing her job she can be that quiet bytch, makes no difference to me.

I know for damn sure I ain't bout to run to upper management because she wouldn't talk to me. Grade A definition of Cac shyt:why::scust:
