Isn't the main point of having a job is to get the work done? Crazy how co-workers feel like they own you

"Why can't you be talkative and share everything about you, so I can exploit you later
"

, like bruh, I don’t care to speak to these CACS about their kids or whatever the fukk they got going on
I’m an introvert, I have a neutral to serious resting face, and I’ve been working 60+ hrs a week for like a year. This ain’t a client facing job stfu and pay me. I’ll let y’all know via resignation letter when there’s an issue.

Imma keep it 100. I get the premise of what she’s saying and even agree to an extent. But from what she’s saying she has a pattern of this with all her jobs. She may very well be a bytch. Lol. Just keepin it real. If u meet an a$$hole in the morning. U met an a$$hole. If u been meeting a$$holes all day. YOUR the a$$hole. Me being a boss for years and always being the best at what I do and one of the hardest workers I’ve ever known. But I always been a cool nikka and pretty sociable as well. Not everyone is the same tho and no one should be penalized for being a quiet person. But there’s being quiet. And there’s being an a$$hole. Not saying u should get penalized for being an a$$hole. But don’t be an a$$hole and be surprised people think ur an a$$hole. Lol. That whole statement of “quiet people are the best at their jobs” shyt is a gross generalization and super cap too. I’ve had plenty of quiet workers try to fly under the radar with they bullshyt. Lol.
