It’s not a hacker at all. Sometimes they’ll respond with your name and even a password of yours that was leaked by any data breach (this is where they get your info to email you in the first place).Fake scare tactic to get the user to download a malicious file..

I got a email like that in my throwaway saying pretty much the same. I don’t even have a webcam. I responded with “you watched me jerk off fakkit?” lol
This was like 5-6yrs ago. They’ve been doing this for over a decade.
Tell your boy to tell the hacker “Suck my dikk” and then hit sendHe claims he didn’t open the link at the bottom though. He made me want to cover my cameras too
