She was a python developer on the team. Im a BA.What kind of work, and how bad did the task that needed to be done, get fukked up?
no warnings, no writeups. We need more details -
Did she get previous verbal warnings, write-ups, etc.?
Is her contingent upon other tasks being completed - coworker or department wise?
If you need help speak up. She deserved to get the boot if she fukking shyt up & was advised to reach out if unsure. Why do jobs do this? You cant ask for too much help and you cant ask for too little help.
True but the thing is, tableau or power bi experience. Being able to complete that depends on the data being correc.A lot of analyst roles are throwing that python and power BI experience (x number of years required) out there. Fuq those jobs, I feel like those are setups to fail if you don't know how to jump on a 6.0 treadmill and maintain the pace and go.

Either she was unsure or just didn’t know her job. How long has she worked there?
She didn’t get fired for “not asking for help”. She got fired because she didn’t complete her job which in turn made everyone else’s job harder/more timely and thus more expensive. All due to ineptitude. When you fukk up, you may or may not get fired. But when your fukkups cost the company money expect to be fired. Why do jobs do this?
