She was a python developer on the team. Im a BA.
it didnt get fukked too bad. Its just that she kept carrying work from sprint to sprints .
fukk corporate...going through litigation right now cuz of it. i work for myself now

A lot of analyst roles are throwing that python and power BI experience (x number of years required) out there. Fuq those jobs, I feel like those are setups to fail if you don't know how to jump on a 6.0 treadmill and maintain the pace and go. Some of these corporate jobs suck diq. I'm trying to find a bunch of easy remote jobs and rack up.

yes her work is contingent on other task to be completed. But my manager likes to hurry tasks along or fins ways to hurry tasks along. So quite a few of tasks have been underestimated.

True but the thing is, tableau or power bi experience. Being able to complete that depends on the data being correc.
if you have to write a bunch of custom queries and validate the query results then its going to take a long ass time to do.

She didn’t get fired for “not asking for help”. She got fired because she didn’t complete her job which in turn made everyone else’s job harder/more timely and thus more expensive. All due to ineptitude. When you fukk up, you may or may not get fired. But when your fukkups cost the company money expect to be fired.
