Think about it though, your father passed away and you're happy cause you won a football jersey? That how important sports are to you that they are on par with the loss of life?

Before people try to bash you, I get where you was coming from. He had lost his father, and out of millions of people who participated in the contest, they picked him. It's not that the jersey symbolizes the memories of his late father, but the fact that something that gives him absolute joy, brings him happiness in a time of need. If I had lost my pops, and in the same week won tickets to the Rose Bowl, that gesture would make me forget the pain temporarily. Hell yeah I would brag about those tickets.
