I suppose it's more cost effective to terminate the pregnancy than pay for maternity leave, another dependent on the insurance, costs leading up to the pregnancy, the delivery, etc.. The pros of abortion far outweight the costs in so many ways.

Basically. It makes good business sense to pay for an abortion over maternity leave. You have the costs, have to train new or divvy up work to other team members.
