My fellow gym fanatics............How's your progress? Slacking or what?

Gym buddies, hows your progress with working out/gym, diet, sleep, supplements? Lets rant.

Last two weeks I have been slacking on my water intake from 1 gallon to 1/2 gallon. Back on it tho

I dont take any supplements or whey protein tho........just fish oil and vitamins.

Gym though? I am always on it. 5 days a week.

Moved onto this new diet that’s turning into a permanent way of eating.

Been confusing the hell out of my muscle groups.

I’m proud that I became a “master” of the battle rope:youngsabo:

Going good. My last workout on Friday was pretty great, lifted 125 on the Bicep curl machine for the first time, also did level 9 on the stair stepper for the first time. At the end of the workout I was growling like a dog cause I was so pumped and happy :pachaha:
Trying to imagine a pigeon doing this and I’m :deadrose:

I went from 220 lbs(October 2017) to 174 lbs (present).

Weights - 5x a week (one day optional, one day rest)

Cardio - 5x a week (two days optional)

My diet varies, but I'm pretty consistent. I won't lie - sometimes I slip up.

Never been better, more focused and dialled in. Stopped the ego lifting and been and switch to a high volume hypertrophy type routine. Drop sets been tearing my muscles up. As far as supplements, just your average BCAAs and an occasional scoop of Pre work out. Thanks for asking.

Slacking for months. Haven’t been in the gym since feb/march.

Gonna try to get back in it once i get some stability going on.

Been a month and a half straight after a 3 year break from the gym.

First week back, squatted 135lb 5x, benched 135 8x, deadlift 185 6x


Today I'm squatting 250 for reps, reppin 225 on the bench and reppin 315 on deads.

Gym 6 days a week and cardio 5x a week

Muscle memory is real y'all.

Feels good to be back in weight room.
