Man I'm doing great but my floating kneecap has been acting up.
So had to slow up on the cardio for a bit.

I weight 187 now trying to get to 175-180
Hit the gym 6 days a week 2-3 hours

I think my gains have plateaued. But I havent maxed in a while. I'm normally doing 7 stations, 3 x 10 in 45 minutes, every workout, 5 times a week.

Lost about 10lbs since changing my diet over the last 3 months. A slight variation on the keto diet. Went to Hang Out music festival a few weeks back and have kinda slacked off since getting back.

During the Summer I'll keep going hard... until football season starts. Then its beer and whatever bar food I can stuff down my gullet come fall.

Killing it. Got a pair of power block dumbbells and been doing workouts from home, pre workouts before I head to the gym. Been killing the incline/decline bench press. Instant results from that and my cardio. Been on ground turkey, broccoli, cauliflower, and tuna meal prep. About to start my gallon for the day, kinda late but I can manage. I need to do my legs though, smh.

I'm out here looking like a prime Marvin Hagler :myman:

Stress making me lose weight and muscle like a lil bish.

Im sub 240lbs now.... pretty soon ill be 225 looking like an emaciated KD :sadcam:

Gym buddies, hows your progress with working out/gym, diet, sleep, supplements? Lets rant.

Last two weeks I have been slacking on my water intake from 1 gallon to 1/2 gallon. Back on it tho

I dont take any supplements or whey protein tho........just fish oil and vitamins.

Gym though? I am always on it. 5 days a week.
:patrice: How are you surviving five day workouts on only 1/2 gallon of water a day? I don't wanna call ducktales, but... :jbhmm:

Still going at it.

Don't know if I wanna be bigger or stay at this size.

Gonna do more cardio and eat better so my abs are more visible.

Also wanna get my calves more defined and quads bigger.

Gonna start doing legs again.

Currently rehabbing my shoulder also, had rotator cuff issues for like a year now.

I don't take any supplements, whey protein, preworkout, etc either.

Slacking man. Feels bad.

I ended up losing a lot of progress after an injury and then a big move.

Put on probably 15lbs of fat. Still not that bad but its hard to go in there and know I was killin it and now struggle after being dedicated for years.

Gotten back to going 2 times a week to lift, 2 days of ball for cardio. But i know i gotta get my split back up to 4 days of weights minimum.

Never been better, more focused and dialled in. Stopped the ego lifting and been and switch to a high volume hypertrophy type routine. Drop sets been tearing my muscles up. As far as supplements, just your average BCAAs and an occasional scoop of Pre work out. Thanks for asking.
Good.. that ego lifting shyt is retarded.. One way trip to injury.

Nikkas ego lifting because they girl right there and not even doing full range of motion.. and at the end of the day I still look better and am stronger than them.

No gym but I play outside and do other movements. Flexibility increased so much. I feel limber.

What are you doing in the gym nearly everyday for 2-3 hours?
