Gym buddies, hows your progress with working out/gym, diet, sleep, supplements? Lets rant.
Last two weeks I have been slacking on my water intake from 1 gallon to 1/2 gallon. Back on it tho
I dont take any supplements or whey protein tho........just fish oil and vitamins.
Gym though? I am always on it. 5 days a week.
How are you surviving five day workouts on only 1/2 gallon of water a day? I don't wanna call ducktales, but...

Good.. that ego lifting shyt is retarded.. One way trip to injury.Never been better, more focused and dialled in. Stopped the ego lifting and been and switch to a high volume hypertrophy type routine. Drop sets been tearing my muscles up. As far as supplements, just your average BCAAs and an occasional scoop of Pre work out. Thanks for asking.
What are you doing in the gym nearly everyday for 2-3 hours?Man I'm doing great but my floating kneecap has been acting up.
So had to slow up on the cardio for a bit.
But them gainz tho are pretty decent.
I'm trying to cut right now...
I weight 187 now trying to get to 175-180
Hit the gym 6 days a week 2-3 hours
