Was in DC for the weekend had a good time despite all the rain. My very first night there confirmed to me everything I needed to know.

Got to the hotel I stayed at & was greeted by three let’s call them lgbt brothas standing out front checking me out as I came in the sliding doors


Walked inside and ain’t see no main lobby or anything so I’m like the hell?

Walked back out front to where the moist fellas was hanging:

me: You know where you check in at?

Rupaul: It’s on the second floor

I mean dudes go ham with it. Black men with ass tight patterned pants and the alike. Rainbow flags on houses. I see brothas faces light up when they meet a young brotha that is not mango and talks with bass in his voice.
