My first experience in Chocolate City

You didn't say much what did you do? Can someone tell me more about chocolate city. Thinking of moving there. Single straight male. Should i buy or rent? How's real estate going. My budget is around 500-600 grand. What areas to avoid what's there to do, etc.

It's not a long term stay. Go there to get your weight up, and get out. It's a soul sucking city. But no better place to quickly go up the ranks in the federal space.

I will be there from the 13th through the 16th I think. I expect the DMV faction to have multiple bytches waiting on a nikka and a limousine. Gotta send a limousine for a real nikka. Red carpet treatment for a the kid. nikka I want a parade with hella hoes on the main strip.

There's plenty of that. DC is endless with happy hour because a lot of people are sad. There is no shortage of nightlife as well as beautiful well to do black women. But it's soul sucking as in, it's very expensive, the weather sucks, and the traffic is the worse I've ever experienced, probably on par with LA as being the WOAT. All three of those will suck your soul. Not to mention, the number of shiesty people looking to stab you in the back for a come up is at an all time high. It's truly the shark tank. But like I said, if you can swim for a bit, you will come out doing very well.

Naw for real though, I’m going up there to look at buildings for this business I may start. If I do, I’ll invite all the coli brehs and brehettes to the launch.
