COVID is worse than reported and plenty of hospitals are full. The ones that are not are lower-ranked hospitals that have inexperienced and barely trained staff. Do not be brave or be on some bravado shyt. This virus knows no bounds and depends on the strain you get, you may be on a ventilator and your life depends on an untrained staff. Do not gamble with your life. This is serious, and also add that plenty of doctors and nurses are racist and will probably say "maybe he should have not been out there protesting"

It's not worth it. We are expecting deaths to surge and Desantis does not even wanna take strict measures.

This shyt really isn’t a game out here. I caught it last month by being a dumb fukk and thinking shyt was sweet cuz I’m young. It had me struggling heavily. I couldnt walk upstairs without struggling and feeling dizzy. The chills were vicious, the fever was absolutely awful. My whole body felt like jello that I couldn’t move without pain and aches. Not to mention the fact that I LOST HEARING in my right ear for weeks. These were MILD symptoms. This shyt isn’t something I’d wish on my worst enemy. I’m a breh who just got out of college, athletic, healthy and takes all his vitamins n shyt. I only recently recovered and I still feel like shyt. Covid doesn’t care about any of that and it’s fukking dumb that people legit can’t follow simple ass guidelines to protect others and themselves because they think it restricts their freedoms.

FIRST I FELT VERY TIRED.. LIKE I COULDNT STAND UP WITOUT FEELING LETHARGIC. THEN I STARTED WAKING UP WIT BAD HEADACHES. THEN I STARTED FEELING HOT, SO I TOOK MY TEMPERATURE AND I HAD A FEVER. NEXT I STARTED FEELING PRESSURE IN MY CHEST.. I COULDNT BREATHE WITHOUT COUGHING. I HAD NO APPETITE AND ANY TIME I ATE, I STARTED THROWIN UP- LOST 15 POUNDS. THEN I WAS GETTING CHILLS.

IT WAS LIKE A BAD FLU THAT WAS MORE RESPIRATORY ORIENTED... I CAN SEE WHY OLDER PEOPLE WOULDNT SURVIVE IT.

Can you expound on this?

I’ve got a short, fuzzy memory when it comes to remembering simple things, that I didn’t have a problem with prior covid.

For example, I looked in the mirror this morning and I legitimately couldn’t remember when I flat ironed my hair.

It took me at least 60 seconds to remember I did it last night but I was completely befuddled- yet I remember things that happened 20 years ago clearly.

My mind goes literally blank and it’s not just me because my mum had it too and she AND her colleagues who survived experience the same thing.

I had to take my dad to the e.r last night and he didn't want to go bc of what happened to my sister but he had really bad swelling on his face and his primary doctor was afraid that the swelling might go down to his throat. We get to the er, and they say it's a 4 hour wait bc it's a bunch of covid patients. I said fukk that and drove to another hospital and he was being treated by the time I got home. Turns out he had an allergic reaction to his high blood pressure medicine but he's doing much better now.
what I'm afraid of is him contracting something bc I'm pretty sure that's what happened to my sister. Hope they discharge him tomorrow bc the longer he's there, the higher my anxiety goes up.

Our family friend who died from COVID in Miami got it going in for cancer treatment.
