Sorry for your losss man, my Grandad passed away about six years ago and my Grandma passed away 3 years ago. There's still a hole in my heart from both of them being gone, but the only thing I can say that will help out is just being together as a family. That will help out in mourning immensely, just by having a few shoulders next to you. It will take some time for your Mom and Grandma to recover however.

My grandfather died a few years ago and there's really nothing you can do about your mom, she just last her father(assuming it's your maternal grandpa) and your grandmother just lost her husband, someone she's spent decades of her life with. They'll be hurting for a while, try to be there for them but know when to back off and give them time to grieve by themselves, and make sure you give yourself time to grieve as well.

Honestly there isn't an instant solution to numbing that kind of pain. I mean you can offer some reassuring words to your mother/grandmother and just be there for them but that kinda pain really never goes away.
