My home boy swears that owning a luxury car doesn't cost more than owning a regular car

For y'all nikkas arguing over the reasoning for buying luxury cars, my homie specifically stated that he would rather gamble on the life of a luxury car rather than something with a reliable rep just because he wants to stunt. The nikka doesn't know much about cars either. When I said that I wanted a Ford Fusion or something of the like until I graduate he laughed at me and asked me if I know what Ford stands for (Found On Road Dead). Also, he's currently in barber school.

Basically, he's in no situation to be buying a luxury car. He doesn't even have a job, but smokes weed every day and spends his refund check from community college on shyt like Jordans and weed. Compound his situation with his poor reasoning and it's completely

When u put it like that it kind of makes sense. Dude aint got shyt going on for himself.... having a nice car is the easiest way for him to "matter"

Yeah I've heard dudes say that about cars because unless its you on that fast and furious shyt most AA not really pushing them smaller cars like that. Almost everybody on here that's loving them smaller cars seem to be non AA. Maybe its a culture thing or they hang with them types of dudes. I bet in your circle its a bunch of cats pushing civics and other small ass cars cause people don't deviate far from their group. That's not other people's group so I don't see the problem with it esp since we ain't paying nobodies bills out here. Yes people want to be seen but you do too. Now if you come in my circle with a civic its Comedy Central but in yours you probably get props that's just how it is. That's life certain things play in certain spots.

A house only has value if you sell it which you may never do. Its also not like a house can't lose value and people value things differently. Everybody don't have to do things like you cause that's the "right" way to do them. I also think you want to see and hear people do it wrong cause those that aren't doing it wrong make you and others fell some type of way. That's all I can gather because ofttimes online and even off when cats have things of status its always the well they probably broke, its leased, they just want to show off (like those other with less are sooooo humble), whatever else to downplay people with nice things.

I dont have a problem with people not doing what I did, I just hate seeing people throw their financial stability away or waste time over stupid shyt. Taking a 84 month loan out on an old 7 series is some pretty stupid shyt, but people do it all the time

honestly, I could not care less about what my group of friends has to say about what kind of car I want to buy. I think a Chevy Cruze fits me more but I would still jump at the chance to own a Ford Fusion. but yeah I understand your point.

I suspect it's gonna be a slow burn establishing my series but it will pay off in the end. Even if I had the money i dont need that european snobbery piece of shyt just to stunt on the likes you fools... I'm perfectly fine with buying a dodge challenger and calling it a day or getting a nissan maxima. I'm built that way.

You was still in the same ballpark to me. You wasn't no divergent so of course nikkas can't clown you when its basically the same shyt. I'm not saying its twinsies with exact cars. No actually I will buy a car they don't "like". I'm just realistic enough to know I'm not that different than most of them. I personally will cop a c class, 3 series, etc they won't but its not to,far from what the majority of,the people I roll with drive whether its Cadillacs or mid size or bigger cars. I'm always saying cats need to stop that silly stuff on here with baby mom cars when most of them cost more than the Impalas, malibus, camrys, accord, type cars most pushing.

I have a C300 and it's not too much more expensive in upkeep than a regular car. I use premium gas and try to abide by the service interval requirements outlined in the owners manual. Following that should keep your car in good shape. I feel like it's an even trade off for the quality improvement you're getting. Luxury cars age quite well if they're well taken care of. I plan on keeping mine for quite sometime.
