I cant drive either. I never bothered to learn. I uber everywhere because I have the money to. Also living in cities where I never needed one didnt help. Im planning to learn now for the sake of my girl for when she doesn't want to or cant drive her own car.

Offered him on numerous occasions to teach him how to drive but he made no attempt to come and learn.So weeks ago my other homeboy brings him to my house and when they leave he forgot his weed.Later on in the day he found a ride to get his weed back but I wasn’t home.Next day early in the morning he finds another ride to get his weed and im home so I give it to him.It made me thinkis weed more important to him than learning how to drive..he’s 29.How is that not addiction at this point?

I have an older brother who’s 41 that’s the same way. When I went to visit him a few years ago he didn’t have a drivers license, he didn’t have a car, he was sleeping on an air mattress, didn’t have a bank account, didn’t have ID, didn’t have furniture in his house, and was working a bullshyt job at ihop.

But somehow he always finds money for weed, cigarettes, and video games


And the worst part this nikka has no children, no mental issues, and no police record. Even my mom had to admit he’s just worthless.

It’s one of the many reasons I had to throw that nikka in the bushes

In NYC this is pretty common. I know multiple people in their mid 20s and up (I'm talking people in their 40s) that don't have a license.

In Europe it's not uncommon for people to either have a licence but never actually drive (I know a couple people that have a licence but haven't driven in like a decade) or not even have a licence at an advanced age. I'm 41 and learned how to drive years ago but don't have my licence. Was a stupid series of events and now basically I have to start all over and pay like 1000 euros AGAIN

Living in cities here you don't really need to drive, the one thing where I really miss it is on holidays. Other than that I'm not really a fan of cars/being on the road tbh
