I never even thought about a prenup with my wife, mainly because I had just moderate savings and nothing I owned of any inherent value.
If we split, I would be more worried about my sons and providing for them than I would about her trying to milk me.
What I'm more worried about is the time she spends away form work. The longer she doesn't work, the more likely they would make me pay her Alimony if we did split.
But in this case, it's obvious that this is a major point for both of them, and if neither wants to budge, who ever does will resent the other person for it and bring it up in every fight from here on out until they do end it and have an awful nasty divorce.

and tear you a new one. The fact of the matter is alot of nikkas who've lost out on divorces kind of deserved it (there are some sad fukked up cases tho, like Bob Johnson although idk how that was permissible, his wife eneded up marrying the judge that presided over his divorce proceeding 
). They tried to marry some bum, broke "dime" that only wanted them for they money in the first place. If you marry a "quality" woman you wont get burned. I know myself and if I marry a woman its only going to be someone who I wouldnt mind given some money to especially since she'll be the mother of my kids.
