She might not be getting money for the kid but she can still get it for housing and herself I'm pretty sure,to me its the same thing....At the end of the day she's not paying for shyt or handling her responsibility. If the father is equally fit he should automatically get custody of the child and then she's the one who needs to pay child support and go to jail if shes not.

this shyt is :mindblown: cuz i know my other daughters dad didnt pay for more than a year and had back pay with a total of 7,000 of child support he owes and never went to jail even when he went to court

that shyt just depends on the judge or what state u in :snoop:

Child support should consist of the custodial parent paying for the child's care and upkeep and the non-custodial parent reimbursing the other parent half of the cost after proof of purchase and usage by the child. That'll stop alot of malicious mothers.

oh ok, yeah I only know 4 guys on child support, but they all get it straight out their check, I never hear them complain. 3 of them have been paying the same amount for years with no increase.

Free money? It's not free what you're talking about is bad mothers. You should know what type of woman she is before you layup with them
