If a woman can't pay for her kids, she actually gets a house.

Also...just because a man chooses not to pay the government and the child's mother does not mean he doesn't financially care for his kids. OPs opening comment is a perfect example.

Section 8 housing isn't some "here's a house" scenario. It typically takes a year or a long time.

The women doesn't need to account for the money. How can you detail exactly what's for the kid or not? If she got a new tire for her car, it's not technically for the child but if she doesn't have a reliable vehicle them her ability to support her child is lessened.

If you can't provide proof or show that you financially take care of child then what reason would the courts have to believe you?
