Cost of living may be cheaper now though because Atlanta shot up like crazy. I pretty sure it used to be cheaper and SA in the mid 2000s.

Off topic but I worked with a Mexican guy from there once and brehito couldn't speak a word of Spanish... shyt blew my mind

He probably a Tejano. You got Mexicans that been here since the conquistador times...1500s and shyt. They look like Pablo that just crossed the border but cannot speak a lick of Spanish. Most of the fluent bilinguals have an accent where you can tell right away they speak Spanish fluently.
